Zou: I am currently in an electronic enterprise (hereafter referred to as F company) as the manager of human resources department; for 2 years; my background is relatively simple, it is special, before joining F company is still in the school of management, pursue a masters degree in management, because the management consulting business to come and friends, to join the F company.
Our current situation is this: the whole industry is in a stage of rapid development, the domestic manufacturers of the main battlefield is not at home, but in foreign countries, we are expected to research and development of the transfer, but the lack of core technology. The main competitors are Japan and europe. My company is now in a period of rapid development, the annual speed of more than 50%, in the first three years or even 100%. In general, we are clearly in the development stage if we define the stage of the enterprise in the following phases: entrepreneurship, development, stability, large scale (bureaucracy), change and stability. This determines the stage of the HR sector, and we are still in the period of creation and development. Before I joined, only the personnel department did not have the human resources department in the modern sense. After joining the F company, we established the human resources department and I served as the HR manager. After that, we started a series of module construction. It is expected that all modules will be completed in the middle of this year.
