4., the three needs theory
David MacLellan puts forward the theory of three needs. He believes that man has three important needs: achievement need, power need and affinity need.
(1) achievement needs
Achievement requires the drive to pursue a sense of superiority, or to follow a certain standard to pursue a sense of achievement and a desire to succeed.
(2) power needs
Power need is the desire to urge others to submit to their will.
(3) affinity needs
Affinity refers to the desire to seek friendly and close relationships with others.

Stacy Adamss theory of equity states that employees tend to compare their outputs to their inputs in proportion to the ratio of their outputs to inputs.
OP - the feeling of reward
Oa - the feeling of being paid for
IP - the sense of what you put into yourself
Ia - the feeling of devotion to others
OH - the sense of your past reward
IH - the feeling of what you put into your past

Alter ones input or output.
