This is caused by the subjective interest-driven factors of the patentees and some other objective reasons. To overcome the patented technology standardization’s adverse effects on enterprise technology innovation, we should improve the legal system related to technical standards, particularly patent information disclosure system; establish a coordination and integration mechanism to promote positive interaction between technical standards and technological innovation; accelerate the formation of the de facto standards through playing the role of government ; push the formulation and implementation of open standards .
