692 实用预防医学 2008年6月 第15卷 第3期 Practical Preventive Medicine，Jun．2008，Vol 15，No．3 文章编号：1006—3110(2008)03～0692—04 【论 著 】 广西慢性非传染性疾病流行特征分析 陆冠臣，陈娜萦 摘要： 目的 通过对国内和本地区慢性病患病及死亡资料的综合分析，探索广西慢性病的危害及严重程度。 方 法 利用现有资料再次分析。 结果 居民前五位死因为心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、伤害、内分泌及营养 性疾病，前五位患病疾病为高血压病、慢性胃肠炎、类风湿性关节炎、消化性疾病等，均以慢性病为主。其死亡率、患病率 近十年来呈上升趋势。 结论 慢性病也已成为广西居民的主要致死疾病和主要患病疾病。应该积极地贯彻预防为主 的方针，采取以健康促进为手段的综合防治策略和防治结合的策略，开展慢性病预防控制工作。 关键词： 慢性病；死亡率；患病率；预防控制 中图分类号：R195．4 文献标识码：A Analysis on．Epidemic of Chronic Non—infectious Diseases in Guangxi L U Guan—chen，CHEN Na—ying(Center for Dis- ease Control and Prevention of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Nanning 530028，Guangxi) Abstract： Objective To analyze the morbidity and death characteristics of chronic non—infectious diseases in domes— tic areas andI Guangxi，and to jnvestigate the severity of chronic non—infectious disease inI Guangxi． Method The existing data of chronic non—infectious diseases were used to reanalyze． Results The leading death cause was cardio—cerebro— vascular diseases，other as follows：malignant tumors，respiratory diseases，injuries，endocrine and nutritive diseases jn resi— dents．Hypertension disease，chronic gastrOenter．1js，rheumatoid arthritis，and digestive diseases were separately took the first place in the morbidity．The mortality and morbidity of these diseases showed an increasing tendency in recent decade． Conclusions Chronic non—infectious diseases become the main cause of death．1t jIS necessary for US to prevent and control chronic non—infectious diseases through carrying out the policy of prevention first and adopting health promotion andl the[nte— grated prevention and control strategy． Key words： Chronic non—infectious diseases；Mortality；Morbidity；Prevention and co
