系统性红斑狼疮患者甲状腺功能检验结果与临床分析（Results and clinical analysis of thyroid function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus） Results and clinical analysis of thyroid function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus 2010-11-11 Zhang Peilian Li Xueping at Changzhi Zhou Xiaohong Xie Hong Since 60s, there have been reports of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) associated with thyroid diseases abroad. In recent years, similar reports have been reported in china. The determination of serum thyroid hormone levels in 82 cases of SLE patients, the incidence, clinical manifestations of SLE with abnormal thyroid function and the relationship between SLE with thyroid dysfunction treatment and pathogenesis analysis of SLE with abnormal thyroid function. 1 data and methods 1.1 general data: from January 1997 to April 1998, the serum thyroxine levels of 82 patients with SLE who were admitted to our department were investigated. Of the 82 cases, 3 were male and 79 were female, the youngest was 12 years old, the oldest was 57 years old, the average age was 32.3 years. The average course of disease was 2.94 years. All the cases accorded with the ARA (1982) SLE diagnostic criteria. 1.2 methods: venous blood and serum were separated. The contents of T3, T4, FT3, FT4, rT3, TSH, TGA and TGM were determined by radioimmunoassay in 48 hours. The instrument adopts SN-682 type radio immunity counter Shanghai nuclear Fu photoelectric instruments Co. Ltd. (micro analysis), T4, T3 determination; FT3, FT4 kit provided by Tianjin Jiuding Medical Biological Engineering Co. Ltd.; TSH kit by nuclear medicine technology center NMTC China Academy of Medical Sciences for rT3, TGA, TGM; kit provided by Beijing biological technology research. 2 Result 2.1 SLE thyroid function test results: 60 cases of normal thyroid function, 16 cases of hypothyroidism, 2 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism, 4 cases of low T3 syndrome, 6 cases of TGA and TGM positive. 2.2, SLE and thyroid dysfunction appear in the time
