· 368· 中国妇幼保健2008年第23卷 · 生殖健康 · 小剂量地塞米松不能改善体外受精一胚胎移植治疗过程及结局 程 萍 张昌军 郧阳医学院附属人民医院生殖医学中心 (湖北 十堰) 442000 中国图书分类号 11169．1 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1001-4411(2008)03-368-02 【摘 要】 目的：探讨小剂量地塞米松是否改善ⅣF—ET促排卵过程及其妊娠结局。方法：按照随机原则，将88例 (88 个周期)进行体外受精一胚胎移植 (IVF—ET)治疗的，并因输卵管所致的不孕患者分为观察组 (促排卵同时加用小剂量地塞 米松，n=36)和对照组 (常规IVF治疗，不加用地塞米松，n：52)，比较两组的促排卵天数、Gn用量、获卵数、优质胚胎率、 受精率、生化及临床妊娠结局。结果：观察组 (运用小剂量地塞米松组)与对照组相比，各项参数值均无明显差异 (P 0．05)。结论：运用小剂量地塞米松并不能改善因输卵管因素所致的不孕患者的IVF—ET促排卵过程和妊娠结局。 【关键词】 地塞米松 体外受精一胚胎移植 妊娠 Low—dose dexamethasone can not improve the progress and pregnancy rate 0f pa- tients undergoing IVF—ET CHENG P ，ZHANG Chang—Jun．Department of Reproductive Medicine Center，Renmin Hospital，Yunyang Medical College，Shiyan 442000．China [Abstract] Objective：To determine if low—dose dexamethasone call improve the progress of ovarian stimulation and pregnancy rate of patients undergoing IVF—ET．Methods：Eighty—eight patients who undergoing IVF—ET for tubal factor were randomly divided into observation group who received 0．75 mg of dexamethasone daily for 3—5 days(n：36)and control group who received no dexamethasone (n：52)．The days of ovarian stimulation，gonadotropin ampules，the number of oocytes retrieved，the rate of top quality embryos，fertility rate，biochemical pregnancy rate(PR)and／or clinical PR were compared between two groups．Reslllts：The two groups were similar in days of ovarian stimulation and gonadotropin ampules．The mean number of oocytes retrieved，the rate of top quality embryos and implantation rates did not differ in observation group and control group．Between the two groups，there was no statistically significant difference in clinical parameters(P0．05)．Conclusion：Low—dose dexamethasone is not beneficial to IVF patients who undergoing IVF—ET．Low does dex· amethasone can not improve the progress of ovar
