Abstract: Optimizing method in matching process of vehicle cooling systems is one of key
factors for a good vehicle application. To begin with, relevant components should be tested
with proper methods to acguire complete performances data of the components. The test re!
sults can be used to evaluate the components and offer the reference data for cooling system
analysis. The cooling system should be analyzed by CFD if possible. A vehicle test in wind
tunnel or a vehicle steering test is a final appraisal method of a matching optimism of a vehi!
cle cooling systems.
