曲面印刷机间歇传动机构 摘要 相交于普通平面印刷机只能完成平面印刷，曲面印刷刚好弥补了它的不足。全自动曲面印刷机能在一些圆柱、圆锥、圆弧等不规则外形的产品外表面进行印刷，例如塑料杯、纸杯、碗和管状容器等。全自动曲面印刷机包括轮转印刷机构、料盘机构、上下料机构和传动机构，其中加入了光电检测和可编程plc等自动化元素，可实现自动对版功能，从而提高了印刷精度和印刷速度，满足大批量、多色印刷等功能。 本次设计主要是对全自动印刷机主要传动部分的设计，即间歇传动机构，它的作用是驱动料盘做分度运动。间歇传动机构大体上由蜗轮蜗杆箱和蜗形凸轮箱组成，其中蜗轮蜗杆箱体一边接入驱动链动力源，另一边将动力源以九十度方向传入蜗形凸轮箱，驱动蜗形凸轮和分度盘实现八分度运动。蜗形凸轮轮廓展开线为一条两边各占圆周曲线七十五度的曲线和中间为占210度的直线，直线部分时分度盘不做运动，曲线部分时分度盘运动，具体为蜗形凸轮每转八圈，分度盘转一圈。 为了完成本次设计，需要运用solidworks和cad两种绘图软件，构建间歇传动机构的三维模型，完成三维立体造型图、爆炸图、二维装配图以及五个主要零件图。并且完成分度盘的就爱给你个工艺设计。说明书部分，通过图表和理论公式对轴承、蜗轮蜗杆、蜗形凸轮等零件的设计、校核。 关键词：曲面印刷，间歇传动，蜗形凸轮箱，蜗轮蜗杆箱，CAD Intermittent transmission mechanism of curved surface printing machine abstract Intersect in the common plane printing machine can only complete print, surface printing just make up for its shortcomings.
