安萨尔多故障#（Anzaldo # fault） Anzaldo fault diagnosis 1.1 P - O (missing item) Line voltage loss protection interrupts, protection is accomplished by voltage monitoring hardware circuits (P15, N15, and P5). An interrupt occurs when the value of P5 is higher than 5.25V or less than 4.75V, resulting in a reset of the converter. Fault: terminal XM2-U, V, W terminal voltage drop. Check: check the supply voltage and synchronous voltage. Measures: reclosing. Fault: power failure. The power supply voltage is over limit, the monitoring end is P5-TP5, P15-TP6, N15-TP7, OV reference point is P8, terminal threshold is P5 + 5%, P15 and N15 + 20%. Measures: the power supply voltage exceeds the limit, and replace the P power board. Fault: C control panel fault. Check: the supply voltage is within the limit. If the terminal voltage is zero, the logic input status is ON and the protection action is performed. Measures: the terminal XM1-20 logic signal is re enabled, and the voltage of the terminal XM1-20 22 is measured to be +24V + 4V. Fault: C control panel fault. Measure the voltage of terminal XM1-20,22 and determine its value +24V + 4V. Through the Hardware Status function (Par.2.2.6), the Logic Input reads the logical input M20 Ext_P state value ON. Measure: replace the C control panel. 1.3 P - 2 (maximum current) The maximum current protection interruption is protected by a hardware circuit that connects the CT load resistor (Par.3.3).
