航海技术专业本科培养计划 Undergraduate Program for Specialty in Navigation Technology 一、业务培养目标 1、arget of Education 本专业培养具备海洋及内河船舶驾驶、船舶运输管理等方面的知识和技能，能在海洋及内河运输企事业单位从事船舶驾驶、营运管理、港口引航、海事管理及高等学校、科研院所从事教学和科学工作，符合国际海员培训、发证和值班标准公约（STCW78/95）和我国船员适任标准要求并取得高级船员适任证书的高级航海技术及管理人才。 To cultivate high quality talents on navigation technology and management who will have knowledge and ability on ship steering at sea and in inland waterways, ship transport and management, and may be engaged in working on ship steering, ship’s operation management, harbour pilotage, maritime administration in ocean and inland transport enterprise and on teaching and studying of science in institutions of higher education or academy of scientific research, and be compliance with the requirements of STCW 78/95 and our national seafarer’s competence standards. 二、业务培养要求 2、Requirement of Education 本专业主要对学生进行现代海洋及内河船舶驾驶、船舶运输管理的基本理论和基本知识教育，识别和使用各种航图、导航仪器和GMDSS通信设备等的基本训练，独立指挥和组织船舶航行综合素质、航海科技创新能力和国防观念的培养。 本专业毕业生应具备以下方面的知识和能力： 1．航行值班、航线设计、组织船舶安全航行和操作GMDSS通信设备的能力； 2．船舶及其设备的使用、保养等基本技能； 3．船舶管理、货物运输、营运管理、海商法与远洋运输业务等基础知识； 4．文献检索、资料查询的基本方法和初步的科学研究和实际工作能力。 To educate students to master the basic theory and knowledge of modern ship steering at sea and in inland waterways and ship transport and management, to identify and utilize all kinds of navigational charts, navigational instruments and GMDSS equipment, to cultivate their comprehensive basic quality of commanding and organizing ship’s navigating, and ability of innovation of navigation science and technique and national defence view.
