健康教育在提高慢性肾功能衰竭竭患者诱导透析治疗顺应性中作用【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育在提高慢性肾功能衰竭患者诱导透析治疗顺应性中的作用。方法 选择100例慢性肾功能衰竭且达到透析标准需行诱导透析的患者并随机分为健康教育组和对照组，对健康教育组分别在诱导透析治疗前、中、后进行健康教育。结果 健康教育组及对照组在诱导透析治疗顺应性中的差异具有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论 健康教育组对诱导透析治疗顺应性明显高于对照组,健康教育可使慢性肾功能衰竭患者从诱导透析治疗顺利过渡到规律性透析治疗；增加患者对护士的信任感，提高护士对工作的责任感，融洽护患关系。? 【关键词】健康教育；慢性肾功能衰竭；顺应性 The role of health education in the improvement of the compliance of leading dialysis in patients with chronic renal failure LUO Li-zhen,LV Yu-di,ZHENGJuan-lian.Department of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine，Huizhou Central People’s Hospital,Huizhou,Guangdong,516001,China ? 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of health education in the improvement of the compliance of leading dialysis in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods One hundred cases with Chronic Renal Failure who reached the standard of dialysis and needed the treatment of leading dialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups:health education group and control group，the health education was carried out in the health education group before，during and after the treatment of leading dialysis.Results The difference of the compliance of leading dialysis between these two groups had statistical significance.Conclusion The compliance of leading dialysis of the health education group is obviously superior to the control group(P0．05)，and health education can smoothly transit the chronic renal failure patients from the leading dialysis model to the regular dialysis，and this can improve patients’ confidence on nurses’ health education，strengthen the nurses’ sense of responsibility and finally improve the harmonious relationship between Nurse and Patient.? 【Key words】Health education;Chronic Renal Failure;Compliance 慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)以代谢产物储留、水、电解质及酸碱平衡失调为主要临床表现。血液透析(HD)是慢性肾功能衰竭患者重要的替代治疗措施之一，即使做肾移植，手术前后也往往需要血液透析来保驾[1]。在患者达到透析标准时如何顺利过渡到规律性透析(诱导期)，对慢性肾功能衰竭患者非常重要。我们通过健康教育改变其不良的心态，密切与医护人员配合，减少诱导透析期并发症的发生，使患者顺利过渡到规律性透析，取得了良好的效果，报告如下。? 1 临床资料? 选取2004年12月至2007年12月在我院住院的慢性
