南华县新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗首针不及时接种原因调查研究【摘要】 目的 分析南华县2008~2009年两年新生儿首针乙肝疫苗及时接种情况,方法 采用现场调查的方法,对南华县2008~2009年14个乡镇卫生院、县人民医院、妇幼保健院及时接种情况进行调查。结果 2008年南华县新生儿活产数2400名,乙肝疫苗首针共接种2400针,及时接种1776针,及时接种率74%,未及时接种624名,未及时接种率26%;2009年南华县新生儿活产数2443名,乙肝疫苗首针共接种2443针,及时接种2204针。及时接种率90.2%未及时接种239名,未及时接种率9.8%。结论 2008年624名未及时接种乙肝疫苗新生儿中有495名在家出生,25名属低体重儿,30名属早产儿,30名属出生时患有疾病,44名由于当班医生及护士害怕当风险未接种(主要是县人民医院妇产科在接种疫苗时产生过纠纷,一度时期未能及时接种);2009年239名未及时接种乙肝疫苗新生儿中有141名在家出生,35名属低体重儿,33名早产儿,30名属出生时患有疾病。? 【关键词】 新生儿;首针乙肝疫苗;及时接种率 Diagnosis ofreason that Nanhua County newborn second grade hepatitis vaccine first dose vaccinates not promptly MA De-hai, LI Pei-chang.
