循证护理在老年人股骨骨折围术期中应用探究【摘要】 目的 在老年人股骨骨折围术期中运用循证护理的原理，以寻找整合患者主、客观资料的护理方法，达到减轻患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量。方法本组12例患者在围术期护理从三方面进行临床护理研究，以循证护理实施的步骤方法为依据，通过提出问题、寻找和查阅有关临床实证对患者实施最佳护理。结果12例患者中2例术后出现泌尿道感染需进一步治疗，其余10例均无合并其他并发症治愈出院。通过分析临床实践资料和吸取实证资料的经验，实施最佳护理行为，评价它能否取得最佳成效，判断是否需要进一步修正措施，确保护理质量的持续改进。结论 循证护理能提高护理实践的科学性，并促进护理理论的发展，指导护理实践，通过实践验证，它既能满足服务对象的需求，又能促进护理学的必然发展，对建立护理学科的科学性和提高护理服务的有效性有着积极的促进作用。 【关键词】循证护理；老年股骨骨折；围手术期护理 Application research on evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of thighbone fracture of aged patients LIANG Xiao-li,CHEN Kun-chang,LI Feng-yun, et al. Zhaoqing First People’s Hospital ,Guangdong Province526021，China [Abstract]ObjectiveTo apply the principles of evidence-based nursing to the perioperative period of thighbone fracture of aged patients in order to search for the nursing methods of integrating subjective and impersonal data of patients, give patients relief from pain and improve the clinical nursing quality. Methods 12 cases are nursed from 3 aspects in the perioperative period as the clinical practice. Based on the steps and methods of evidence-based nursing , the patients can get the best nursing by means of raising questions 、looking for and consulting the clinic-related demonstration. ResultsAccording to analysing the clinical data and absorbing the experience of demonstration, to carry out the best nursing , evaluate if it can get the best effect and judge the next corrective action. These cycles and improvements can ensure the continuously improving nursing quality. ConclusionEvidence-based nursing can improve the scientificity of nursing , accelerate the development of nursing theory and guide the nursing practice. The practice can both satisfy needs of service users and accelerate the necessary development of nursing.
