房性早搏诱发阵发性心房颤动中房早联律间期/房早前周期比值检测及价值【摘要】 目的 探讨房早联律间期/房早前周期比值与房性早搏诱发的阵发性心房颤动发生之间的关系并评价其价值。方法 对24例房性早搏诱发的阵发性房颤患者的动态心电图分析，测量并计算诱发房颤的房早联律间期、房早前周期及房早联律间期/房早前周期比值，未诱发房颤的房早联律间期、房早前周期及房早联律间期/房早前周期比值。结果 24例阵发性房颤患者中，诱发房颤的房早联律间期(452±53．3)ms，房早前周期(967±62．7)ms，房早联律间期/房早前周期比值0．47±0．08，未诱发房颤的房早联律间期(491±33．6)ms，房早前周期(896±50．3)ms，房早联律间期/房早前周期比值0．55±0．07，诱发房颤的房性早搏其房早联律间期,房早前周期及房早联律间期/房早前周期比值与未诱发房颤的房性早搏组相比,差异有统计学意义(P0．01)。结论 房早联律间期/房早前周期比值与阵发性房颤的发生呈负相关。 【关键词】 阵发性心房颤动；长短周期现象；房早联律间期；房早前周期 The detection and value of the coupling interval of premature atrial contraction/the circle length before premature atrial contraction in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation triggered by premature atrial contraction LIN Hui,LI Song，LI Zhen,et al.Affiliated Futian Hospital of Guangdong Medical College,Shenzhen 518033,China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)triggered by premature atrial contraction(PAC)and the coupling interval of PAC/the circle length before PAC,and evaluate the value of it.Methods 24 cases ofPAF triggered by PAC were examined by Holter,we accounted the coupling interval of PAC，the circle length before PAC,and the coupling interval of PAC/the circle length before PAC which could or could not induce PAF.Results PAF was induced by PAC in 24 cases,the coupling interval of PAC,the circle length before PAC,the coupling interval of PAC/the circle length before PAC which could induce the PAF were(452±53．3)ms,(967±62．7)ms,0．47±0．08respectively,in those could not induce AF were(491±33．6)ms,(896±50．3)ms,0．55±0．07 respectively.It was signficant between the group which could induce PAF and the group which could not(P0．01).Conclusion PAF is in negative relation with the coupling interval of PAC/the circle length before PAC. 【Key words】 Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation;Long cycle．short cycle phenomenon;The coupling interval of premature atrial contraction;The circle length before premature atrial contraction 心房颤动的发生机制较为复杂，主要包括基质和触发因素两
