根管-塑化联合治疗中老年人磨牙牙髓及根尖周病疗效观察[摘要] 目的：探讨根管-塑化联合治疗中老年人磨牙牙髓病和根尖周病的临床疗效。方法：选取336例中老年人患有不可复性牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、牙髓钙化、牙内吸收和急、慢性根尖周炎的患牙358颗，随机分为对照组和实验组，对对照组行常规根管治疗，对实验组则根据每个牙齿各根管的不同情况，采用根管-塑化联合治疗，观察2年进行临床评价。结果：对照组的治愈率为90.0%，实验组的治愈率为91.4%，对照组和实验组治愈率的差异无统计学意义（P?0.05）。结论：根管－塑化联合应用是治疗中老年人磨牙牙髓病和根尖周病的一种简便、有效的治疗方法，值得推广应用。 [关键词]中老年人；磨牙；根管治疗；塑化治疗；疗效 [中图分类号] R781.3 [文献标识码]C [文章编号]1674-4721（2009）01（a）-066-02 The observations to curative effect of treating Molars’ Pathological changes together with root canal therapy and root canal resinifying ZHANG Bao-ping1, NAN Xiao-hong2,CHEN Qing-ping1 (1.Sanatorium for Retired Cadres, Chinese People?s Armed Police Force, Urumqi830094,China; 2. Urumqi830091,China ) [Abstract] Objective: To study the curative effect of treating molars’ pathological changes of the aged to gether with root canal therapy and resinifying. Motheds: To select 336 lomars with pulposis or apicitis from the aged and to devide them into two groups. In group the control group,the illed teeth were given only the root canal therapy. In group the experimental group, According to the difference of every root canal, the unobstructed root canals were treated by root canal therapy. while the obstructed ones were given the root canal resinifying, Use two kinds of therapy method together to molais’ pathological changes.Then their curative effects were observed after two year. Results: The cure rate of group the control group is 90.0%, while that of group the experimental groupis 91.4%. There is not difference between the two treatment methods to the molars’ pathological changes of the aged. Conclusion: The treatment to molars pathological changes together with root canal therapy and root canal resinifying is an effective mothod. It is worth using widely.
