覆盖全口义齿临床效果评价【摘要】 目的 探讨覆盖全口义齿修复的临床效果。方法 通过覆盖全口义齿与普通全口义齿的比较观察在有无牙根保留的情况下,牙槽骨的吸收状况。通过问卷调查纵向观测病例,考察义齿修复后各项使用功能(固位和稳定功能;咀嚼功能; 语音;外观;舒适度;耐用性)的评价。结果 牙槽骨吸收情况:覆盖全口义齿组:3个月前牙区(0.47±0.023)mm,后牙区(0.83±0.032)mm;6个月前牙区(0.63±0.028)mm,后牙区(1.02±0.031)mm;1年前牙区(1.11±0.026)mm,后牙区(1.67±0.035)mm;②普通全口义齿组:3个月前牙区(1.02±0.027)mm,后牙区(1.12±0.033)mm;6个月前牙区(1.53±0.029)mm,后牙区(1.83±0.036)mm;1年前牙区(1.99±0.026)mm,后牙区(2.25±0.024)mm。覆盖全口义齿组各项指标满意率分别为100%,70.1%,89.2%,100%,82.3%,77.3%。普通全口义齿组各项指标满意率分别为100%,66.2%,88.5%,100%,66.4%,88.9%。结论 覆盖全口义齿修复后牙槽骨吸收较普通全口义齿明显缓慢。覆盖全口义齿和普通全口义齿都能满足固位和美观的要求。在咀嚼功能的恢复及舒适性方面,覆盖全口义齿优于普通全口义齿,而普通全口义齿较覆盖全口义齿耐用。 【关键词】 牙槽骨;义齿 全口;牙根;义齿 覆盖 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of overdenture.Methods By comparison overdentures with ordinary full dentures to observe whether the root in the case of a reservation,the absorption of alveolar bone.Through the questionnaire survey,to exam the evaluation of the use function,including the retention and stability in the function;masticatory function;voice;appearance;comfort;durability.Results Alveolar bone loss:The overdenture group:3 months later anterior teeth (0.47±0.023)mm,Posterior areas(0.83±0.032)mm;6 months later anterior teeth (0.63±0.028)mm,Posterior areas(1.02±0.031)mm;a year later anterior teeth (1.11±0.026) mm,Posterior areas (1.67±0.035) mm;②the ordinary full denture group:3 months later anterior teeth (1.02±0.027)mm,Posterior areas(1.12±0.033)mm;6 months later anterior teeth(1.53±0.029)mm,Posterior areas(1.83±0.036)mm;a year later anterior teeth(1.99±0.026)mm,Posterior areas(2.25±0.024)mm.Conclusion Alveolar bone resorption in patients wearing overdentures slower than that wearing ordinary full dentures.Both overdentures and ordinary full dentures can meet the requirements of retention,and aesthetic.In the masticatory function and comfort,overdentures is better than ordinary full dentures,and ordinary full dentures is more durable than overdentures. 【Key words】 Alveolar bone; Full denture; Teeth root;
