如何理解企业文化（How to understand corporate culture） First, culture is a kind of existence - the inheritance of history and the existence of reality Lets talk about the concept of culture first. As the term culture is rich in meaning and how to define it, it has been a problem for cultural scholars, anthropologists, philosophers, sociologists, archaeologists, and for centuries. First look at the research of western scholars - in the broadest sense, culture refers to the lifestyle of a particular nation. Research has shown that Europe and the United States on the definition of culture more than 160. Since the late eighteenth Century, the meaning and usage of the word culture in western languages has changed a lot. The word culture becomes something from the tendency of natural growth to the culture itself. It is first used to refer to the soul of a state or habit, has a close relationship with human perfect thought, and later used to refer to the normal state intellectual development of a society of the whole, then said all kinds of art in general. Finally, by the end of the nineteenth Century, culture began to mean a holistic, physical, intellectual, and spiritual life. The famous anthropology scholar Taylor (EdwardBurnettTylor) to the definition of culture: culture or civilization is acquired by man as a member of society, which includes knowledge, belief, art, morals, law, law, custom and any other capabilities and habits of the whole complex.
