Shenzhen buildings and public facilities cleaning and renovation management regulations Chapter I general provisions Chapter ii renovation of exterior facade of buildings Chapter iii building roof beautification Chapter iv cleaning and renovation of public facilities Chapter v unified cleaning and renovation of buildings Chapter vi legal responsibilities Chapter vii supplementary provisions The regulation on cleaning and refurbishing of buildings and public facilities in shenzhen has been approved by the municipal government for the past four sessions of its standing session, which will take effect from July 1, 2010. May 11, 2010 Chapter I general provisions Article 1 in order to strengthen the city urban appearance management, improve the quality of urban human settlements environment, keep buildings and public facilities and neat, appearance and function in good condition, according to relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual, these provisions are formulated. Article 2 these provisions shall apply to the supervision and administration of the cleaning and renovation of municipal buildings and public facilities.
