Methods: 162 cases of cervical vertebral fracture or fracture dislocation were treated from January 1987 to January 1997, with 36 cases of cervical vertebral injury and 22.2% of cases of cervical spine injury. Among them, there were 1 case of occipital joint dislocation, 3 cases of transverse ligament injury, 3 cases of atlas fracture, fracture of dentate fracture or 26 cases of atlantoaxial dislocation, and 3 cases of Hangman fracture. 30 cases of traffic accidents and 6 cases of falling injuries. Clinical symptoms include neck pain and limited activity. There were 25 patients with varying degrees of neurocompression symptoms and signs. According to the type of injury, the occipital bone grafting technique was used, and the intervertebral fusion was performed by the Brook Jenkin atlantoaxial fusion, and the denture was directly applied to the internal fixation of the denture, and the anterior vertebral body double screw fixation was performed. In all cases, first head and neck bidirectional traction reduction was carried out before surgery. Results 36 patients were followed up for 6 ~ 96 months with an average of 48 months. The X-ray showed that all patients had reliable cervical spine stability after surgery, and the symptoms and signs of spinal cord compression disappeared. Conclusion early diagnosis and correct treatment is the key to good prognosis and can be used directly to maintain anatomic reduction.
