1.2.1 pretreatment
Oil removal process: 18g/L 46g/L sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate 28g/L, temperature 70 to 80 DEG C, the processing time is 1 ~ 2min.
Table adjustment process: 40.0g/L 40.0g/L sodium carbonate, ferric nitrate, potassium fluoride 3.5g/L, 2 ~ 3min at room temperature.
Activation process: 200ml phosphoric acid (85%), 90g/L hydrogen fluoride and ammonia, temperature 20 to 80 DEG C, processing time: 1 ~ 10min.
Hot-dip galvanizing process: 20g/L 300g/L 1g/L sodium hydroxide, zinc sulfate, sodium nitrate, 20g/L sodium potassium tartrate treatment at room temperature at 30 ~ 180s.
1.2.2 plating
The bath formula: 6 ~ 12g/L of Zinc Oxide, 90 ~ 130g/L sodium hydroxide, 3 ~ 9.0ml/L DEP- III, 2 ~ 6.0ml/L WBZ III, the amount of potassium sodium tartrate
Technical parameters: cathode current density of 1 ~ 4A/dm2, temperature 15 to 75 DEG C, time 10 ~ 30min.
1.2.3 passivation
The passivation treatment is designed to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating, increase the decoration, the zinc layer surface to form a layer of high stability, compact passivation film. From environmental considerations, the chromium free passivation. Technical parameters: 5 ~ 8ml/L ~ 40 50g/L nitric acid, hydrogen fluoride and ammonia, additives (the main component of DEP- III) amount of time from 10 to 20s.
