Beginning in 2004, Li Ning Co has consistently trained interns every year to actively promote N.Ex.T OBI programs for graduates in the company. The plan will help the college graduates integrate into their work and make them grow rapidly from the following three aspects:

Li Ning Co trains new graduates with new colleagues and arranges cultural presentations, experiences and activities in new colleagues training.
