312例牙髓炎的治疗体会（The treatment experience of 312 cases of pulpitis） Root canal therapy is currently one of the most effective method for the treatment of pulpitis 1, nearly 5 years in our hospital in outpatient service, in order to overcome the traditional treatment of pulpitis and long course of treatment, treatment of patients with complicated and delayed treatment of the problem because there is no time or trouble, and do a lot of work in improving the curative effect on. For 312 cases of pulpitis, the author tries to do ultrasound prepare disposable root canal treatment, through clinical practice, satisfactory curative effect, report as follows now. 1 data and methods 1.1 general information From 2001 to 2006 in our hospital outpatient department of Stomatology pulpitis in 312 patients, male 173 cases, female 139 cases, aged 25 to 70 years old, a total of 392 teeth, including acute and chronic pulpitis on mandibular anterior teeth and posterior teeth. The patient was treated by root canal therapy according to the order of visits. 1.2 treatment For the treatment of patients, the first routine check took root canal and periapical radiograph to understand the situation. After the root canals were prepared by ultrasound, the root canals were filled with clove oil, Zinc Oxide paste and gutta percha point. After the root canal was filled properly, the filling was fixed at the bottom of the filling agent. 1.3 efficacy criteria [2] Cure: no symptoms, no pain, cold pain, masticatory pain, and no abscess formation; effect: filling after 1 weeks, with occasional soreness and occlusal pain slightly, the symptoms disappeared after oral antibiotics; invalid: 1 weeks after filling, which is hot and cold pain, and occlusal pain.
