Morphology of leaf cushions of these two Sublep idodendron sp ecies are reinvestigated, and the w holeplant concept of Sublepidodendron is further confirmed. The biological features of S . mirabile, S . songziense and S. grabaui are comp ared in detail, the taxonomy of Sublepidodendron in China is discussed , and a new grouping scheme is proposed .
