After the Song court fled south following the Jin invasion, and its capital was set in Linan, even led to economic and cultural center shift from north to south. The Literati Garden was well developed and expanded dramatically in South Regions of the Yangtze River. It was gradually becoming the mainstay. Landscapes of the Four Seasons is the masterpiece of the Chinese landscape painting in the Southern Song Dynasty, and it is an important antique in the study of Literati Garden in the Southern Song Dynasty. From the group works, improve the space distribution pattern, landscape elements and details, to summarize the basic landscaping methods of Literati Garden in the Southern Song Dynasty and explore the aesthetics expressions of landscape design.
