Abstract
Fudan University, originally called Fudan Public School, it was founded in 1905 in Shanghai, now is one of the leading universities in China with a long history and an international reputation for academic excellence. Fudan, which literally means in Chinese, a new morning, was named after a quote from the Confucian classic, Shang Shu, which was compiled about two thousand years ago. The quotation reads: Brilliant are the sunlight and the moonlight, Again the morning glory after a night. As a famous aphorism, this quotation means the making of unremitting.

学分制产生在19世纪德国柏林大学,该校第一任校长著名哲学家J·G·费希特主张,学分制[3] 。
