中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效探析【摘要】目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将93例患者随机分为治疗组62例，对照组31例，对照组采用广谱抗生素药、替硝唑注射液抗感染治疗，10~15天为1疗程。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上分湿热瘀结、血瘀气滞、肝郁气滞、寒湿凝滞4型进行辩证施治。结果：治疗组治愈57例，好转5例，总有效率91.92%。对照组治愈16例，好转6例，未愈9例，总有效率70.96%。治疗组明显高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎具有疗效确切，副作用少等优点，值得临床推广。 【关键词】慢性盆腔炎;中西医结合治疗;综述 Cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect discussion PeiQing ChiXuexi 【Abstract】Goal: Observation cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease’s clinical curative effect. Method: Divides into the treatment group 62 examples stochastically 93 example patients, the control group 31 examples, the control group uses the broad spectrum antibiotic medicine, for the niter zuo inoculation fluid anti-infection treatment, 10~15 days are 1 treatment course. The treatment group in the control group treats in the foundation the minute hot and damp stasis knot, the blood stasis stagnation of flow of vital energy, the liver strongly fragrant stagnation of flow of vital energy, to stagnate cold-damp 4 carries on treats dialectically. Finally: The treatment group cures 57 examples, changes for the better 5 examples, total effectiveness 91.92%. The control group cures 16 examples, changes for the better 6 examples, not 9 examples, total effectiveness 70.96%.
