2． CDAH-Tagung, 15.-18.09.2009, Hannover 第二届论坛大会，2009 年 9 月 15-18 日，汉诺威 德语培训在借鉴德国应用型人才培养模式中的作用 方宗保 贾峰 吴克 蔡敬民 （安徽省德语培训中心，合肥学院，合肥230022 ） 摘要：本文以合肥学院为例，通过省州合作的项目，建立安徽省德语培训中心，并以此为平 台，每年引进 8 名德国语言专家讲授德语，同时还有数 10 名的中方德语教师授课，形成了一 个稳定的、具有一定影响力的平台。依托这个平台，德语培训不仅为安徽省和合肥市培养了一 批精通德语的科技人才，促进了科技与文化交流，同时也为合肥学院借鉴德国应用型人才培养 模式提供了桥梁，发挥了较大的作用。 关键词：德语培训；德国应用型人才培养模式；借鉴 Effect of German training on learning idea “application-oriented” talents training model from Germany FANG, Zongbao; JIA, Feng; WU, Ke; CAI, Jingmin (Germany training center, Hefei University ) Abstract: Taked Hefei University as example, Germany training center as one platform was established in Anhui province through cooperation project between Anhui province and the state of Lower Saxsony in German. And through this platform, 8 German language experts were introduced to teach German every year. More than 10 Chinese teachers joined together for language training at the same time. Based on their activities, a stable and influential platform was formed. Through the platform, German training center not only cultivates a lot of talents who mastered German for Anhui province and local city, but also promoted communication of science, technology and culture between Anhui and Lower Saxsony. And it also provides a bridge for Hefei University to learn “application-oriented” talents training model from Geamany. Key words: German training; application-type talents training model of Germany; borrow from 伴随着改革开放的进程，中外合作办学已走过了十几年的历程。与整个中国政治、经济、 科学和文化的发展相一致，合作办学的形式不断地多样化，数量迅速地增加，质量不断地提 高，相关的法律法规也在逐步健全，日益受到社会关注。引进优质教育资源，是中外合作办学 中的一个最核心的问题，即通过国际合作促进国家、教育机构的教育培养能力（数量、质量） 提升以及学生个人能力的提升。如何通过合作办学，引进优质教育资源发展自我，做大做强中 国高校是管理者、实践者和参与者共同关心的问题。当前在我国高校的改革与发展中，一批重 点以培养应用型人才的高校脱颖而出。
