巴曲亭及白眉蛇毒血凝酶在肝脏切除手术止血作用对比观察【摘要】目的：观察巴曲亭与白眉蛇毒血凝酶在肝脏切除手术中止血效果以及是否对凝血功能产生影响。方法：选择100例肝脏切除手术患者，无明显凝血功能和肝肾障碍者，随机分为两组，治疗组巴曲亭组(50例)，对照组白眉蛇毒血凝酶组(50例)。两组采用术前静注2kU,术后再使用1kU，观察切口的止血时间、切口出血量、切口单位面积出血量(g／cm?2)术毕测量引流瓶出血量，术后三天血浆管引流量，并检测两组病人术前及术后凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原定量(FIB)。结果：治疗组切口的止血时间、切口出血量；术中出血量、术后三天血浆管引流量明显小于对照组，两组FIB均减少，但治疗组和对照组凝血状态未发生明显变化(P0.05)。结论：巴曲亭用于肝脏切除手术减少出血的作用明显强于白眉蛇毒血凝酶。 【关键词】肝脏切除手术；巴曲亭；白眉蛇毒血凝酶 【Abstract】Objective: To observe and mangabeys hemocoagulase Hemocoagulase hemostasis in liver resection surgery and whether the effect of an impact on blood coagulation.
