护理干预对高龄产妇相关因素影响临床探究【摘要】目的:探讨以认知行为疗法、音乐疗法及松弛疗法相结合的护理干预对高龄产妇的影响，以积累经验，指导临床工作。方法:选取l60例高龄产妇，随机分为两组，对照组80例，进行常规护理；观察组80例，在常规护理基础上加用认知行为疗法、音乐疗法及松弛疗法相结合的护理干预：对两组高龄孕妇的焦虑、并发症、剖宫产率及患者满意度进行观察，比较其差别。结果护理干预后，观察组产前焦虑评分明显低于对照组，观察组并发症及剖宫产率明显低于对照组，观察组患者满意度高。结论高龄产妇临床应重点关注，以认知行为疗法、音乐疗法及松弛疗法相结合的护理干预能明显改善患者的焦虑情绪，降低并发症及剖宫产率，并能提高产妇的满意度，值得在临床护理中积极推广应用。 【关键词】护理干预；高龄产妇 Nursing intervention on the relative factors which affect women over the clinical research YuanXiaoMan 【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo cognitive behavioral therapy, music therapy and relaxation therapy of combination of nursing intervention, the influence of women over to accumulate experience, guide clinical work.
