T o find a common solution to secondorder variation homogenous coeffi cient linear differential equations. According to the equations characteristics, we can skillfully handle it. By decreasing its order, a secondorder equation can be converted into a firstorder equation. By construc ting variant functions, this function can be tactfully solved. By constructing the function with variant structure, with the help of the method of reduction order, common solutions of secondorder variation ho mogenous coefficient linear differential equations could be found.
