关于传统集团公司企业文化建设水平评估及提升研究报告 摘 要 　　自从上世纪九十年代开始，公司文化越来越受到关注，对公司文化方面的研究也越来越多，关于公司文化理论的研究也越来越受到人们的欢迎。但是，我国外都没有对国际贸易行业进行专门的公司文化评估与再造研究。然而，不论是在我国还是国外，在国际贸易行业方面的公司文化评估和再造研究却没有进行过系统性的研究和整理。自2008年全球金融危机爆发以来，中国国际贸易经济发展面临着一个新的形势，如何推进国际贸易集团企业转型升级、提高软实力，就显得尤为总要。本文从公司文化的角度出发，就国际贸易集团企业如何适应时代变化，取得进一步发展来进行研究。本文通过以福建SY公司进出口面临的困境以及采取的方法为例，从而引出对国际贸易集团企业整个公司文化的评估与完善的前景。文章首先在公司文化上进行相应研究，并结合OCAI集团企业文化量表法进行评估进行分析，来奠定理论基础。其次，又通过员工满意度来辅助调查分析，在微观上进行更为细致的分析，从而可以得出当下国际贸易公司文化需要改进的方向和措施，以促使公司文化发挥更为有效的作用。第三，总结ＳＹ公司在进行公司文化培育的方向：一是不断增强团队的协调合作意识；二是调动团队成员的积极性。最后将个例的特殊性为整个行业的普遍性提供一个新的方向和路径，从而也是对OCAI在评估公司文化上进行的一次新的应用和时间。 关键词：公司文化，国际贸易集团企业，评估，OCAI集团企业文化量表法 Abstract Since the 1990 s, the enterprise culture is more and more attention, therefore, a lot of research on corporate culture more and more, research on corporate culture theory is becoming more and more receives peoples welcome.
