2004～2006年医院抗菌药物临床应用研究[摘要]目的：了解我院抗菌药物的应用情况和趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2004～2006年医院抗菌药物的品种、销售金额、限定日用量、用药频度、限定日费用进行统计分析。结果：2004～2006年每年抗菌药金额占西药总金额的份额分别为37.64%、34.06%、24.64%，构成比逐年下降；其中头孢菌素类零售金额各年均超过全年抗菌零售金额的50%，占主导地位；DDDs前10名药品中头孢菌素种类呈逐年上升趋势，大多数药物的治疗日费用（DDC）呈逐年降低的趋势。结论：抗菌药物使用基本合理，但仍存在用药过度、集中的问题。应严格执行《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》，提倡安全、合理、有效、经济地应用抗菌药物。 [关键词] 抗菌药；限定日剂量；用药频度；应用分析 [中图分类号] R97[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）08（c）-150-03 Analysis of the utilization of antibacterial drugs in our hospital during 2004～2006 HUANG Yong-bin, HUANG Liang (Traditional Chinese medical hospital of Zhuhai , Zhuhai519015,China) [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the utilization situation and trend of antibiotics used in our hospital so as to provide reference for the clinical rational use of these drugs. Methods: The data of antibiotics used in our hospital during 2004 ~ 2006 were analyzed regarding the consumption sum, DDD, DDDs and defined daily cost etc. Results: From the year 2004 to 2006,the proportion of consumption sum of antibiotics in the total were decreasing year by year, each of those was 37.64%, 34.06% and 26.64%, much as in the consumption of cephalosporins. In the three years the kind of cephalosporins were overrun 50% of the annual consumption sum. The kinds of cephalosporins were increasing year by year in the top 10 antibacterial by DDDs during 2004～2006. And most of the medicine’s sales value(DDC) were at a downward trend year by year. Conclusion: Our hospital of antibiotics use is basically rational, but still exist problem of the immoderacy using and centralized using. We should carry out The antibiotics medicine clinical application guideline strictly, and advocated to use antibiotics in a safe, rational, effective and economic way.
