L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺双肽对水痘合并脓毒症患者影响分析及护理[摘要] 目的 观察L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺双肽对水痘合并脓毒症患者炎症反应、免疫功能及临床转归的影响。 方法 将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例。对照组患者每天提供普通氨基酸1.5 g/kg，观察组每天提供普通氨基酸1.0 g/kg和L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺双肽0.5 g/kg，肠外营养的各种成分配制成3 L袋在容量输液泵控制下匀速静脉输注，连用7 d。观察比较两组治疗前后炎症反应、免疫功能及临床结局等指标。 结果 观察组在治疗后第8天炎症反应、血清蛋白及免疫指标改善均较对照组明显；观察组病死率及ICU住院天数较对照组均降低，差异均有统计学意义（均P ＜ 0.05）。 结论 L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺双肽可改善脓毒症患者免疫功能、减轻炎症反应、降低病死率、缩短ICU住院日。 [关键词] L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺双肽；脓毒症；营养支持；护理 [中图分类号] R511.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）01（c）-0052-03 L-c ammonia acid-L-glutamine double peptide merger of chicken pox septic patients the impact analysis and nursing YUAN ShuangFeng YANG YueJie WANG JunYing The 6th People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City, He’nan Province, Zhengzhou 450052, China [Abstract] Objective To observe L-c ammonia acid-L-glutamine double peptide merger of chicken pox septic patients inflammation, immune function and the influence of the clinical outcomes. Methods The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each had 25 cases. Ordinary amino acid 1.5 g/kg were provided every day in control group, ordinary amino acid 1.0 g/kg and L-c ammonia acid-L-glutamine double peptide 0.5 g/kg were provided every day in the observation group, parenteral nutrition of various ingredients made into 3 L bag by infusion pump in capacity under control at a constant speed, repeated intravenous infusion 7 days. The inflammation, immune function and clinical outcomes as indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The inflammation, serum protein and immune index of observation group after the therapy of 8 days were improved than control group. The fatality rate and the ICU days in hospital of observation group were lower than control group, the differences were all statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion L-c ammonia acid-L-glutamine double peptide septic patients can improve immune function, reduce inflammation, mortality and short ICU day in hospital. [Key
