临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤围术期中应用[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤围术期中的应用效果。 方法 将我院2009年3月～2011年7月收治的100例行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径进行护理，比较两组患者的住院时间、住院总费用、健康知识掌握的情况、治愈率、并发症的发生率及患者的满意率。结果 两组患者的治愈率无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。观察组的住院时间、住院总费用、并发症的发生率显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）；且观察组的健康知识掌握率和患者的满意率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤围术期中的应用有利于提高患者对疾病的认识，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，提高护理质量。 [关键词] 临床护理路径；子宫肌瘤；围术期 [中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）36-74-02 The Application of Clinical Care Pathway in the Perioperative Period of Uterine Fibroids YE Hong Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the First People’s Hospital of Jiande in Zhejiang Province, Jiande 311600，China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effects of clinical care pathway in the perioperative period of uterine fibroids. Methods All of 100 cases of surgical patients that treated with uterine fibroids in our hospital from March 2009 to July 2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group used routine care, while the observation group were used clinical care path, the two groups were compared on length of stay, total hospital costs, health knowledge and understanding of the situation, the cure rate, incidence rate of complication and patients? satisfaction rate. Results the cure rate between the two groups there was no significant difference（P＜0.05）. The length of stay, total hospital charges and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly less than in the control group（P＜0.05）. And health knowledge and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The clinical care pathway in the perioperative period of uterine fibroids will help to improve patients understanding of disease, cut down hospital stay, reduce hospital costs and improve quality of care.
