人工真皮复合自体刃厚皮片修复全层皮肤缺损创面临床探究[摘要]目的：探讨人工真皮复合自体刃厚皮片修复全层皮肤缺损创面的临床效果。方法：于2009年至2011年采用人工真皮复合自体刃厚皮片修复全层皮肤缺损创面20例（治疗组），并从同期采用单纯中厚皮片移植修复的全层皮肤缺损患者中，随机抽取20例作为对照组，对比评估供皮区愈合时间,治疗6个月后植皮区存活皮片色泽及质地。结果：治疗组移植皮片的色泽和质地明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）,而供皮区愈合时间短。结论：人工真皮复合自体刃厚皮片移植是修复全层皮肤缺损创面的一种新的有效方法。 [关键词]人工真皮；皮片；皮肤缺损 [中图分类号]R622 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2012）02-0208-03 Clinical research of artificial derma combined with autos razor-thin graft in repairing the defect of full-thickness CHEN Bin,LIANG Guo-rong,SHOU Jia-bao,TANG Zhe-ming,YANG Xiao-hui,MAO Qing-long,LU Shen,PAN Wen-yan (Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery,Guangxi Liuzhou Worker’s Hospital,Liuzhou 545005，Guangxi,China) Abstract: Objective To study the effect of artificial derma combined with autos razor-thin graft in repairing the defect of skin.
