北京市海淀区妇幼保健工作现况研究及对策探究【摘要】 目的分析并研究北京市海淀区妇幼保健工作现况,为北京市海淀区妇幼保健事业的可持续发展提供客观依据和对策建议。方法采用定性和定量研究方法,对区域妇幼保健工作从人力资源、硬件设施、业务开展、服务能力以及近五年各项工作指标的完成情况等方面进行分析。结果近年来北京市海淀区妇幼保健三级网络体系基本建立,各项指标完成情况较好,基本提前达到了《北京市“十一五”时期妇女发展规划》与《北京市“十一五”时期儿童发展规划》要求。结论政府要加大财政投入,加强妇幼基础设施建设;加强人力资源建设,夯实妇幼保健三级网底;深入开展健康教育,健全流动人口管理网络,切实加强妇女、儿童保健工作。 【关键词】 妇幼保健;现况;对策 中图分类号:R172文献标识码:A文章编号:1005-0515(2010)02-014-04 Haidian District, Beijing, working Maternal and Child Health Status Analysis and Countermeasures Hou xueWang hong man 1.Postgraduate School of Government, Peking University100083 2.Peking University Health Science Center, Department of Public Health and Social Development, Master Instructor100191 【Abstract】 Purpose To analyze the situation of maternity and child care in Haidian District, Beijing in recent years. And provide suggestions and countermeasures for the sustainable development of maternity and child care in Haidian District, Beijing. Methods Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, to analysis from the regional maternal and child health human resources, hardware, facilities, business development, service capacity, as well as indicators of the past five years. Results Three stage network of maternity and child care in Haidian District, Beijing has been basically established. All targets have been reached the requirements of Women Children Development Planning during Beijing Eleventh five-year period. Conclusion The government should increase financial input to strengthen the construction of infrastructure facilities for women and children. The government should strengthen human resources development and steady the network of maternity and child care.
