围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用策略【摘要】目的 掌握围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用应遵循的依据，了解现阶段围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用现状，促进围手术期合理的预防性应用抗菌药物。方法 检索、阅读有关抗菌药物使用管理的相关规定、文献，分析与归纳相关内容。结果 影响围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用的因素很多，包括患者的个人和家庭因素、文化、心理和社会环境；医疗体系与医药管理体制；用药知识的欠缺、药品疗效的过高期望、医疗资源的紧缺、抗菌药物销售管理不严、医疗服务可及性不满意、医师“过度处方”等等，均不同程度的影响了围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用的合理性。结论 通过在全社会大力开展合理应用抗菌药物的知识宣传、增强全民合理用药意识、加大医药卫生服务的投入力度、改善大众的就医条件、严格抗菌药物销售与广告管理、加强医生处方行为的管理等方面策略，促进围手术期预防性应用的合理水平，避免和遏制抗菌药物的滥用。 【关键词】围手术期 抗菌药物 预防性应用 中图分类号：R文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）2-040-02 Perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis policy LUO Hui QI Xinsheng （HotanPeople’s Hospital, XinjiangHetian848000） 【Abstract】Objective To master the perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics should follow the basis of current understanding of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics status, and promote rational perioperative prophylactic antibiotics. Method Search and read about antimicrobial drug use management regulations, documentation, analysis and induction-related content.Results The effect of perioperative prophylactic antibiotics are many factors, including the patient’s personal and family factors, cultural, psychological and social environment; health care system and medical management system; the lack of drug knowledge, drug efficacy of high expectations, medical shortage of resources, poor management and sales of antimicrobial agents, medical services and sexual dissatisfaction, doctors “over-prescribing” and so on, are different effects on the perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis is reasonable. Conclusion: In the whole society to carry out rational use of antimicrobial drugs propaganda, strengthening the public awareness of rational use of drugs, medical and health services, increase investment, improve the public’s medical conditionstrict antibiotic sales and advertising management, and strengthening behavior of a doctor’s prescription management, strategy to promote perioperative prophylactic use of a reasonable level, to prevent and curb the abuse of antibiotics. 【Key words】perioperati
