埃索美拉唑三联及奥美拉唑三联治疗Hp阳性十二指肠溃疡对比探究【摘要】目的：比较埃索美拉唑三联与奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将124例经内镜诊断并检测证实Hp阳性的十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分为两组。埃索美拉唑组(62例)：埃索美托唑20 mg加阿莫西林l g加克拉霉素500 mg，每日2次，共7天；奥美拉唑组(62例)：奥美拉唑20 mg加阿莫西林1 g加克拉霉素500 mg，每日2次，共7天。疗程结束4周后胃镜检查并检测Hp，观察腹痛缓解率、溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及药物不良反应。结果：埃索美拉唑组第一天和第二天腹痛缓解率分别为35.8％和60.2％，高于奥美托唑组的16.5％和40.3％(P0.05)。两组药物不良反应少，有较好的安全性。结论：埃索美托唑三联疗法治疗Hp阳性的十二指肠溃疡安全有效。腹痛状缓解速度明显优于奥美拉唑三联疗法。 【关键词】十二指肠球部溃疡；幽门螺杆菌；埃索美拉唑；奥美拉唑 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）17-2541-02 中图分类号：R5 文献标识码：A Comparison of esomeprazole- and omeprazole based triple therapy regimens for duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection KUANG Li-qiong1，BAHE Da-nuoti2，LI Wu3 (1.Department of Gastroenterology,The People’s Hospital of Xinjiang,Xinjiang 830001,China;2.Department of Nephrology,Kuitun Hospital of Yili,Xinjiang 833200,China;3.Department of Cardiac and chest surgery,The General Hospital of Wulumuqi,Lanzhou Military Region,Xinjiang 830000,China) 【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the efect of esomeprazole-and omeprazole based triple therapy regimens in the treatment of duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection．Methods：124 patients with duodenal ulcer and Hp infection were randomly divided into group A(62 cases)treated with esomeprazole(20mg)，amoxicillin(1000 mg)and clarithromycin(500 mg)twice daily and group B(62 cases)treated with omeprazole(20 mg)，amoxicillin(1000 mg)and clarithromycin(500 mg)twice daily．The treatment lasted for 7 days，after which abdominal pain relief rate，ulcer healing rate and eradication rate of Hp as well as adverse efects of the medication were evaluated and compared． Results：On the first and second days of medication，the abdominal pain relief rates were 35.8％ and 60.2％ respectively in group A，significantly higher than those ingroup B(16.5％and 40.3％，respectively，P0.05)．The adverse effects ofthe medication were rare in both groups without significant differences． Conclusion：Esomeprazole based triple therapy may effectively eradicate Hp infection
