慢性前列腺炎患者性功能状况调查研究(附374例报告)【摘 要】 目的:调查中青年慢性前列腺炎患者性功能障碍患病情况及影响因素。方法：374例慢性前列腺炎患者及78例正常成年男性纳入调查，调查内容包括美国慢性前列腺炎症状评分指数（NIH-CPSI）、国际勃起功能评分（IIEF-5）、射精障碍、宗氏（Zung）焦虑自评量表（SAS）及有关肾虚、手淫及病史情况。结果：在症状性前列腺炎中，性功能障碍的患病率为88.9%，其中勃起功能障碍55.7%，性欲下降60.1%，早泄72.8%，总射精障碍为84.3%。结论：慢性前列腺炎患者性功能障碍发生率较高，IIEF-5评分与NIH-CPSI评分及SAS评分呈负相关，且受“肾虚”、手淫伤肾等传统文化因素影响。 【关键词】 慢性前列腺炎; 性功能障碍； 中青年男性； 流行病学 Prevalence and associations with chronic prostatitis and sexual dysfunction in youngand middle age men (a report of 374 cases) LU Ming1, Zhu Chaixia2, Weng Juanyu1 1 Department of andrology, the TCM Hospital of Guilin City, Guilin, 541002 2 Department of TCM, the People’s Hospital of Yihuang County, Jiangxi, 331700 【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the prevalence and effect factors of sexual dysfunction in young and middle age men with chronic prostatitis. Methods: 374 men diagnosed as chronic prostatitis and 78 volunteer men were investigated with a questionnaire survey including National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index( NIH-CPSI), International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5), Self-rating Anxiety Scales(SAS), ejaculation status and some traditional cultural factors. Results: The incidence of sexual dysfunction in symptomatic chronic prostatitis was 89.9%, which including the incidence of erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, premature ejaculation and total ejaculation dysfunction was 55.7%, 60.1%, 72.8% and 82.3% respectively. Conclusions: There is a high incidence of sexual dysfunction in chronic prostatitis. Analyses revealed negative relation between IIEF-5 and NIH-CPSI and SAS.
