护生死亡恐惧及死亡教育需求现状调查及分析[摘要] 目的：了解护生死亡恐惧及死亡教育需求现状，为进一步开展护生死亡教育提供依据。方法：采用死亡恐惧量表（FODS）与死亡教育需求量表对282名护生进行问卷调查，并对结果进行分析。结果：护生死亡恐惧处于中等程度，死亡教育需求处于较高水平。护生死亡恐惧总均分为（3.737±0.320）分，死亡教育需求总均分为（4.008±0.490）分。结论：对护生开展死亡教育是非常必要的，死亡教育可使护生树立正确的死亡态度与观念，从而到达具备护理濒死与死亡患者的能力。 [关键词] 护生；死亡恐惧；死亡教育 [中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）12（b）-151-03 Research and analysis of death fear and demand status of death education in nursing students FANG Xiaofen Health Management Center, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University, Hu’nan Province, Hengyang 421001, China [Abstract] Objective: To understand the death fear and demand status of death education in nursing students, in order to provide the basis for further death education. Methods: The fear of death scale (FODS) and the demand for death education scale were used to questionnaire survey 282 nursing students, then the results were analyzed. Results: The nursing students were on the moderate level of death fear while on the high level of death education demand. The total average score of fear of death was (3.737±0.320) scores in nursing students and the total average score of the death education demand was (4.008±0.490) scores. Conclusion: It is essential to carry out death education in nursing students, which can help them establish correct death attitude and views and obtain the abilities to nurse dying and dead patients. [Key words] Nursing students; Fear of death; Death education 随着社会的发展，医疗技术的进步，疾病谱发生转变，引起人类死亡的主要疾病由急性传染性疾病转为慢性疾病。而许多慢性疾病的治疗均进行至患者死亡，这使得护理人员接触濒死与死亡患者的机会增加。Keck等[1]提出，护士如果无法接受死亡，则在护理濒死患者时，会产生个人及专业角色的冲突，并因内心的焦虑影响护理工作质量，且不能满足患者的生理与心理需求。护生是未来的护士，其死亡态度将影响到以后的工作质量，因此，本研究调查了刚进入临床实习的282名护生的死亡态度与死亡教育需求，现报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 采取整群抽样方法抽取2011年6月来我院临床实习的护生282名，其中，男5名（1.8%），女277名（98.2%）；年龄17~24岁，平均（21.00±0.92）岁；本科35名（12.4%），大专220名（78.0%），中专27名（9.6%）；汉族270名（95.7%），少数民族12名（4.3%）；有宗教信仰62名（22%），无宗教信仰220名（78%）。 1.2 调查工具 1.2.1 护生一般资料调查问卷 一般资料调查问卷由笔者自行设计，包括性别、年龄、学历、民族、宗教信仰等一般资料内容。 1.2.2 死亡恐惧量
