液基细胞学在占位性病变穿刺诊断中应用价值【摘要】目的 将液基细胞学检测技术（LCT）应用于人体占位病变穿刺细胞学检查，探讨LCT技术在占位性病变穿刺诊断中的应用价值。方法 对我院病理科对内科和妇科共86例确诊为占位性病变患者采用经CT定位引导下通过皮细针穿刺占位性病变细胞，行LCT液基细胞学检查结合活检病理学检查，对病例进行诊断，分析比较。结果 在86例占位性病变穿刺标本中，液基细胞学诊断为恶性70例、可疑恶性5例、异形3例、阴性7例；活检组织病理学诊断为恶性68例、可疑恶性6例、异形3例、阴性11例。本组86例患者根据液基细胞结合组织病理检查，阳性检出率81.4%，阴性符合率为63.6%（7/11），液基细胞学检查和活检病理学检查完全符合率达89.5%（77/86)，分型包括：鳞癌、腺癌、卵巢癌、小细胞癌、低分化癌。结论 经 CT定位、引导下行细针经皮肤穿刺细胞学检查能够准确的检测结果，有较高的阳性检出率，对人身体占位性病变有较高的诊断价值。 【关键词】液基细胞学 占位性病变 穿刺诊断 中图分类号：R730.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-0515（2011）4-021-02 Liquid-based cytology in the diagnosis of lesions of the value of puncture MUHui （First People’s Hospital of Guangyuan City, Sichuan Guangyuan, Sichuan 628017 ） 【Abstract】Objective The liquid-based cytology technique (LCT) used in human lesions puncture cytology of LCT puncture in the diagnosis of lesions of the application.
