腹股沟疝160例不同手术治疗方式对照探究[摘要] 目的：探讨不同手术方式治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：选择2009年1月～2010年6月在本院普外科行腹股沟疝手术的患者160例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组80例，观察组采取疝环充填式无张力疝修补术；对照组采取平片无张力疝修补术，观察患者的手术时间、术后并发症及复发率。结果：观察组平均手术时间为（42±9） min，对照组为（38±7） min，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；两组术后并发症差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者随访8～24个月，观察组复发率为3.75%，对照组复发率为5.00%，两组患者术后复发率差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：两种无张力疝修补方式疗效相当，操作简单，损伤轻，恢复快，复发率低，临床效果比较满意。 [关键词] 腹股沟疝；疝环充填式；平片无张力；疝修补术；研究 [中图分类号] R656.2+1 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1674-4721（2011）08（b）-034-02 Control study of inguinal hernia surgery 160 cases in different way ZHU Xinfeng Department of Surgery An Area, the People′s Hospital of Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province, Lianzhou 513404, China [Abstract] Objective: To study the different operative treatment the clinical effect of inguinal hernia. Methods: Chose 160 cases from January 2009 to June 2010 inguinal hernia surgery from general surgery in our hospital, then randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 80 cases, the observation group was taken hernia ring filling type without tension hernia suture; The control group was taken without tension hernia repair radiographs, observation cases intraoperative operative time, postoperative complications and the recurrence rate. Results: The observation group average operation time was (42±9) min and the control group was (38±7) min, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Two groups of postoperative complications difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Two groups of patients were followed up for 8-24 months, the observation group the recurrence rate of 3.75%, control group the recurrence rate of 5.00%, compared the recurrence rate, two groups of patients postoperative recurrence rate difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Two way without tension hernia repair, simple operation, the curative effect quite less trauma, rapid recovery, and the recurrence rate is low, clinical effect is satisfied.
