腹腔镜及开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤对患者免疫功能影响[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜与开放式手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤对患者免疫功能的影响。方法 选择120例卵巢良性肿瘤患者，分为对照组及腔镜组，分别采用开放式手术及腹腔镜行肿瘤切除术，术后24h采用玫瑰花环实验检测红细胞凝集率，细菌吞噬法检测中性粒细胞吞噬功能，流式细胞技术检测CD3+T、CD4+T及CD3+T/CD4+T表达变化。 结果 术后24h腔镜组患者血清细胞凝集率高于对照组，中性粒细胞吞噬率及吞噬指数高于对照组，CD3+T、CD4+T及CD3+T/CD4+T淋巴细胞表达水平高于对照组。结论 腹腔镜治疗妇科良性肿瘤能够减少手术的免疫损伤，有利于患者机体免疫功能的保护。 [关键词]腹腔镜；卵巢良性肿瘤；红细胞；中性粒细胞；T淋巴细胞 [中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] B [文章编号]1673-9701（2011）24-34-02 Effect of Laparoscope and Open Operation to Immunological Function in Patients with Ovarian Benign Tumor SUN Yunming TANG Yuxin Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics，Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhoushan City in Zhejiang Province，Zhoushan 316000， China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscope and open operation to immunological function in patients with ovarian benign tumor. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with ovarian benign tumor were selected and randomly divided into control group and laparoscope groups，and ovarian benign tumor were excised with laparoscope or open operation，24h after operation， agglutination rate of red blood cell were detected with rosettes test， phagocytosis function of neutrophil were detected with phagocytosis bacteria way， level of CD3+T，CD4+T and CD3+T/CD4+T were detected with flow cytometry. Results Twenty-four hour after operation， agglutination rate of red blood cell was higher in laparoscope groups than in control groups， phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index was higher in laparoscope groups than in control groups，level of CD3+T，CD4+T and CD3+T/CD4+T were was higher in laparoscope groups than in control groups. Conclusion laparoscope operation in patients with ovarian benign tumor can decrease immunologic injury，and is beneficial for protecting immunological function.
