自拟脂肝康胶囊对NAFLD危险因素影响干预性探究[摘要] 目的 观察自拟脂肝康胶囊对NAFLD危险因素的影响，旨在从干预危险因素方面为防治NAFLD发生、发展提供理论依据和实践论证。方法 将72例无明显症状的NAFLD患者随机分为两组，均给予行为干预。治疗组在行为干预基础上加用自拟脂肝康胶囊，观察和比较两组内及组间在干预前后NAFLD危险因素相关指标的状况。结果 （1）治疗组和对照组干预前相关指标比较无明显差异；（2）对照组干预后体重、BMI、腰围、TC、TG、HDL－C、LDL－C、FINS、HOMA-IR、SBP、DBP与干预前比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05），干预前后臀围、WHR、FBG比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）；（3）治疗组干预后相关指标与干预前比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；（4）干预后两组相关指标比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 自拟脂肝康胶囊对NAFLD患者的危险因素有改善作用。 [关键词] 非酒精性脂肪肝；自拟脂肝康胶囊；危险因素；血脂；胰岛素抵抗；血压；体重指数；腰臀比 [中图分类号] R575.5[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2009）12-35-03 The Intervention Study of Self-made Zhigankang Capsule’s Influence on the Risk Factors of Non-alcoholic Simple Fatty Liver XU Rulong1JIANG Yiping2LI Xiaoling2 1.
