论土地开发利用中新病媒生物性传染病预防【摘 要】 目的预防新病媒生物性传染病的发生和流行。方法分析导致新的病媒生物性传染病不断出现的原因。结果人类对土地的不合理开发和利用导致生态平衡失调，是引发新病媒生物性传染病在人间发生和流行的主要因素之一。结论在开发和利用土地资源过程中，为预防病媒生物性传染病特别是新的病媒生物性传染病，应该做到：①树立正确的土地资源可持续发展观。②建立病媒生物性传染病监测体系。③实施土地资源开发的卫生学预评价制度。④对被破坏的生态环境进行弥补。⑤加强病媒生物防控队伍建设。⑥加强宣传教育，提高居民生态环境保护和病媒生物传染病的预防意识。 【关键词】 土地开发；新病媒；传染病 【Abstract】 Objective To prevent the new vector-borne infectious disease in the land develop.Methods The causes of unceasing occurrence of the new vector-borne infectious diseases were analyzed.Results The unreasonable development and the use of the land by the human being was one of the primary factors that caused the imbalance of the ecological equilibrium and the occurrence and epidemic of the new vector-borne infectious diseases.ConclusionIn order to prevent the vector-borne infectious diseases and especially the unceasing occurrence the new vector-borne infectious diseases in development of the land, the measures should be taken as follows:①To set up the idea for developing the land reasonably. ②To establish monitoring system for the vector-borne infectious disease.③To implement the hygiene pre-appraisal system for developing the land.④To make up the ecological environment which destroy was carried on.⑤To strengthen the construction of the troop for controlling and preventing the vector-borne infectious disease.⑥To enhance the consciousness for ecological environment protection and vector-borne infectious disease prevention in the inhabitants by the health education. 【Key words】 Land development;New vector;Infectious disease 病媒生物性传染病是指各种动物携带的病原体，通过自然环境传播给人类而发生和流行的传染性疾病。近年来，非典型性肺炎(SARS)、高致病性禽流感、海绵状脑病（疯牛病）、肠出血性大肠杆菌(EHEC) O157、H7感染性腹泻、O139霍乱、东方斑点热、家鼠型出血热、莱姆病、人感染猪链球菌病等多种新的病媒生物性传染病（动物源性传染病）不断肆虐人类而成为人间新的传染病[1,2]。 新的病媒生物性传染病的不断出现，究其原因是人类对自然生态环境的破坏，而土地的不合理开发和利用导致生态平衡失调从而引发病媒生物性传染病在人间的发生和流行是其中的一个主要因素[3,4]。因此，在开发和利用土地资源的过程中，务必要注意开展病媒生物性传染病，特别是新的病媒生物性传染病的预防工作，只有这样才能有效地促进我国土地资源的可持续发展。 1新病媒生物性传染病对人类社会的挑战 1.1人类对新病媒生物性传染病普遍缺乏特异性的免疫力病媒生物性传染病本来只存在于动物之中，人类一般对这些新出现
