输尿管支架管在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后应用[摘要] 目的：探讨输尿管支架管在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后应用的价值。方法：2002年5月～2006年3月，施行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术620例，其中，2002年5月～2004年6月，共364例患者，部分患者术后放置输尿管支架管引流，置管时间3～14 d；2004年7月～2006年3月，所有患者术后均放置末端带线的输尿管支架管，置管时间6～14 d，置管种类为树脂输尿管导管和双J管。结果：2002年5月～2004年6月，术后未放置输尿管支架管的89例患者中, 42％（37/89）出现输尿管绞痛、感染、尿外渗、发热和无尿等并发症；2004年7月～2006年3月，所有患者术后均放置输尿管支架管，术后无一例出现并发症。结论：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后常规放置输尿管支架管能够明显减少术后并发症。选择适当的支架管能够减少带管引起的不适，并且可降低患者的治疗费用。 [关键词] 输尿管镜；气压弹道碎石术；输尿管支架管；输尿管结石 [中图分类号] R693 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）01（c）-036-02 Analysis of the apply of ureteral stents post pneumatic lithotripsy under ureterscope ZHANG Tao1, XIONG Jian-rong1 ,ZHOU Jie2 （1.Department of Urology, General Hospital of Pingdingshan Coal Co.Ltd, Pingdingshan 467000，China;2.Department of Urology,One mine Hospital of Coal Co.Ltd,Pingdingshan467000,China） [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the value of ureteral stents post pneumatic lithotripsy.Methods:From May 2002 to March 2006, 620 cases with ureteral calculi were treated by ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotrisy，part of the 364 cases before June 2004 were received ureteral stents for drainage.The ureteral stents were kept between 3 days to 14 days. All cases after July 2004 were received ureteral stents with a thread end. The ureteral stents were kept between 6 to 14 days.The types of ureteral stents were resinic ureteral ducts and doluble“J” ureteral ducts. Results:The data of 364 patients who went through pneumatic lithotripsy before June 2004 were studied retrospetively.Among them，89 cases did not have ureteral stents insertion,then 42% (37/89) of them appeared serious complications ureter angina,infection urecchysis,fever and anuria.
