贵阳市1315例健康体检尿常规检查结果研究【摘要】目的：了解贵阳市健康体检人群中尿常规异常结果检出率。方法：对1 315例尿标本进行干化学分析和显微镜定量计数。结果：1 315例健康人群中总阳性检出率为20.68%。干化学检测尿蛋白、尿糖、胆红素的检出率分别为2.97%、0.84%、0.91%，尿沉渣定量计数WBC检出率为5.86%，RBC检出率为 9.73%，管型检出率为 0.38%， 各年龄组尿液分析各参数的阳性检出率随年龄增高而增高，各项阳性指标中蛋白、葡萄糖、胆红素、RBC在各个年龄段间差异有显著性（P0.05）。结论：尿常规检查是不可缺少的重要检测项目。在尿液检测中将干化学分析和尿沉渣镜检相结合，适用于健康普查及疾病筛选。 【关键词】健康体检；尿常规；结果分析 文章编号：1009-5519（2007）20-3012-03 中图分类号：R446 文献标识码：A Analysis on results of 1315 cases of routine urine examination in physical examination in Guiyang MO Fei1，CUI Hua1，CHEN Ji-rong1，XIA Shu-hua1，YANG Shun-hong2 (1.Teaching and Research Section of Clinical Laboratory，The Affiliated Hospital Guiyang Medical College，Guiyang 550004，China；2.Department of Medical Laboratory，Guiyang Medical College，Guiyang 550004，China) 【Abstract】Objection:To understand the abnormal detectable rate of the crowd of physical examination in Guiyang by analysing the results of routine urine test in physical examination.Methods:The dry chemical analysis and microscope quantitative count were used to inspect the urine specimen in 1315 cases.Results:Among the crowd of 1315 healthy people,the total positive detectable rate was 20.68%.The detectable rates of urinary protein,urin sugar and bilirubin in the dry chemical analysis were 2.97%，0.84% and 0.91% respectively.While the detectable rates of WBC，RBC and cast in the urinary sediment quantitative count were 5.86%，9.73% and 0.38% respectively.The positive detectable rate of various parameters to every age group in urinary analysis was increasing along with the increase of age,but the urinary protein,urinary sugar,bilirubin and RBC had notable difference in carious positive indices among each age group(P0.05).Conclusion:Routine urine examination is an integral examining item.The dry chemical analysis combined with urinary sediment microscopy in urinary examination will be suitable the health screening and disease screening. 【Key words】Healthy physical examination；Routine urine examination；Result a
