优化科技创新资源区域配置的思考与建议 - 中国科技资源导刊.pdf

It is that lacked Overall coordination and Top design in countrywide and whole situation in accordance with the region innovation system location and function etc, of different levels, types and demands, in it. Ultimately we present some police recommendations in which promote optimination of ST Innoivation Resource on the Regional allocation to strengthen the management capability and so on of Macroeconomic regulation and control of national science and technology.
