1. Before using auto-sampler , Make sure the indicator lamp is GREEN
操作 autosampler 前先確定機器上頭的燈色為綠色。

2. Insert sample into spinner , and then load into Autosampler Cassette, you
need to remember the position number for your sample (ex, position 13).
將樣品放入spinner後，放進Autosampler Cassette ，並記住放位置之編號
例如( : # 13)
！！注意！！
※切勿將空spinner 放置於
autosampler Cassette 上
!!Attention!!
※NEVER put empty spinner into
autosampler Cassette
3. Now, in front of computer, open “topspin”
回到電腦 ，打開Topspin
4. Under topspin commend line, Type
iconnmr enter
在 topspin指令列 ，鍵入“iconnmr”
iconnmr enter
5. Now, Icon-NMR window pop out, click on “Automation”

現在 Icon-NMR視窗跳出來 ，點選“Automation”
6. Now, login to Automation ( Enter User ID and password)
登錄 Automation (輸入使用者帳號, 密碼)
(User ID and password are the same as your topspin login)

7. Under “Automation”page, double click your sample position number ( for
example, if you put your sample on position 13, you will double click 13)
進入 Automaiton操作畫面，選擇與 sample位置相同的編號。
例如( , 將sample 放在位置13,則 double click 13)
Now, follow the following steps to set up experiments and parameters for
your samples (for example, sample in position 13).
現在依下列步驟針對該樣品(例如 , 放在#13的樣品 ) ，選擇實驗、設定 參數、及
進行實驗。
