Abstract According to the exploration design units for the reform of the system requirements, the first job for electric
power design institutes is to finish electric power exploration design work. At the same time, how to cultivate engineering
general contracting ability, transferring the power design consulting enterprise to the engineering companys, is concerned
in electric power design industry in recent years. This paper based on the unique view and the practical experience of
engineering financial management, taking the good resource and advantage of EPC general contracting project of the electric
power design enterprises, transfers those advantages to the controlling of the EPC general contracting project to produce
project economic efficiency
